Thank you so much for such a nice comment. :)   I finished this piece years ago and I wasn't as good and as skilled as I am nowadays. I'm glad it still gets noticed.

I don't care what people say Hephaestus was awesome. Zeus wouldn't have his Lightning Bolt without his craftsmanship.

I love this and your Hades. Both are my favorite gods, but you need to please do more Greek Mythology figures.

Why on earth do you people, no offence( just seen a million of em and now I'm explodeing), Put the Greek Gods under the Roman name?? Hephaestus is the Greek god of the forges, fire and waht not. Hermes is messener of the Greek gods. Apollo is most certainly NOT roman. ( Sol and helios are though.)

okay, sorry, I'm done ranting. I really like the backround, it caught my attention.

edit: ok as said helios is greek mythology god ... sol is the roman counterpart (copy/import of GRE myth)
but also a northern version of a sungoddes (sl)... hope that cleared some things ...

no i wasnt ... but while you sayin it : they have gods similar to greek titans in roman mythology ...
f.e. saturn=kronos (father of jupiter=father of zeus) or tellus = gaia (goddes of earth=titan of eart)

PS: no need for excuses ^^ ... just wanted to help a bit

A very Nordic-looking Hephaestus you've got going on there...the hammer is rather Mjollnir-esque!

I love it! :deviation:

Well, he captured them both with his own special net. But before he takes his revenge, Zeus and other gods talked him out of it. so he set them free and abandoned her. Well sounded like Ares escaped from certain death.
